The battery on my scale died on Wednesday! I am pretty sure it is because I step on it AT LEAST 6 times a day. That is 6 times a day that I shoot myself down. 6 times a day that I get mad and frustrated! I read that same day Jill Knapp's post for her Get Up and Get Moving blog. Her "Fit Tip Tuesday".
